We approach every mandate with a structured, rigorous methodology informed by our perspective and refined across hundreds of transactions. The common thread that ties our team together is that we have each bought, built, and successfully sold a business of our own. We combine that operating know-how with deep experience raising and investing private equity funds and as advisors on over $7 billion of closed private market transactions. We have sat in every seat around a deal table and now consider ourselves lucky to have courtside seats to the greatest show on Earth. We have made our own mistakes and orchestrated our own victories – nothing is more rewarding than sharing those experiences with our clients.
