DENVER, September 15, 2025 – Ridgefield Partners is pleased to announce that its client RAZR Logistics (“RAZR”), a subsidiary of Johnson Storage & Moving and a leading provider of 3PL and 4PL warehousing services, has been acquired by Best Warehousing & Transportation (“BWT”), a portfolio company of Bluejay Capital Partners and Argosy Private Equity.
RAZR, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, was founded in 2018 by Don Hindman and Mike Griffin. The company has experienced rapid growth in dedicated third-party logistics and contract warehousing in the U.S. and international markets.
BWT is headquartered in Smyrna, Georgia, and is a portfolio company of Bluejay Capital. The company operates 10 dedicated 3PL warehouses and dozens of contract warehouse locations. The combined entity will operate 16 dedicated warehouses and over 50 contract locations around the world.
